- Yes. Pre-listing yard prep, post-storm cleanup, or just a one-off cut while you're between regular guys. Weekly customers get a slightly better rate, but there's no contract either way.
- Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App — your call. I invoice monthly for weekly customers (flat rate per month) or per-visit if you'd rather. No autopay setup, no surprise charges.
- I push to the next dry day, usually within 24 to 48 hours. You'll hear from me by text if it slips past that. North Texas summer storms move through fast — most weeks it's not an issue.
- Yes — general liability for the work I do. Happy to send the certificate over if your HOA or property manager needs to see it.
- Yep. Trailer rides with the truck, so storm branches, broken patio furniture, an old grill, or the pile of stuff your last contractor left behind — I can load it up the morning I mow. Pay-by-the-load, no minimum charge.
